Bookings

Bookings can be made here or by texting the salon phone on 0483 849 660.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or will incur a fee.

Shipping

Online orders are shipped from our North Melbourne salon, pricing as follows:

Domestic Standard: $10
Domestic Express: $15
International: $40

Returns

Salon products are not available for return. If you have a problem with your product or believe you have been sent a faulty product, please email madison@madisons.world.

Most other items sold through the online store are not available for return for hygiene reasons, as most are hair accessories. If you wish to return an item or believe you have received a faulty item, please email madison@madisons.world.
